Terms of Service

Last updated Oct 17, 2026

These terms cover your use of cenizodesign.com, the website of Cenizo Design & Build ("Cenizo," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

About this website

This site describes our landscape design and outdoor living services and lets you request a consultation. Information on the site is general. It isn't a quote, an offer, or a promise of availability, price or results.

Quotes, proposals and contracts

Sending the form or requesting a consultation doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to any work. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms and other details of any project are set only in a written proposal or contract that both of us agree to. If anything on this site differs from your written proposal or contract, the written proposal or contract controls.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms for a project are set out in each written proposal or contract. Please review them there before you sign. If you have questions, call 512-828-9904 or email [email protected].

Photos and illustrations

Please don't copy site content or photos without asking.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. For example, don't send spam or false information through the form, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
