Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Cenizo Design & Build ("Cenizo," "we," "us") collects through cenizodesign.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language.
What we collect
We only collect information when you choose to send it to us. Our consultation request form asks for:
- Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reply to you.
- Your project city, state and ZIP code, and your street address if you choose to give it, so we know where the project is and whether it's in our service area, and so we can plan a site visit.
- An optional project area or town.
- The services you're interested in and anything you tell us about your space, so we can prepare for the conversation.
If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that call or message, along with your phone number or email address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and hold a consultation, prepare a proposal, and carry out and follow up on work you hire us for. We don't use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry or project.
Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives what you enter in our form and emails it to [email protected]. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers its pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare also provides privacy-focused, cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and a script that protects our email address from spam bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Email provider. Messages sent to [email protected] are stored in our business email account.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.
- We don't use advertising trackers or set advertising cookies. See our cookie note.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we need them to respond to you, do the work, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices: access, correction and deletion
To ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Data request." Tell us your name and the email or phone number you used. We'll confirm the request and let you know when it's done. We may need to keep some records where we are required to, for example records of completed work or payments.
Marketing emails
We don't currently send marketing emails. If we ever do, every marketing email will include a clear way to unsubscribe, and we'll honor unsubscribe requests.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning work on their property. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
